In short:
- BASIC member: You sign up for our news and some hot topic information in the field. The membership is free.
- PREMIUM member: A paid membership, Family or Personal, where you can use Diagnoser - a differential diagnostic tools based on deep learning where you describe your symptoms and Diagnoser will suggest various diagnoses.
- GOLD member: A paid membership where you can use DiagnosioDoc - a conversational differential diagnostic tool and chatbot based on deep learning where you describe your symptoms and DiagnosioDoc discusses with you about diagnoses.
- DIAMOND member: Not available.

Family and Personal Memberships are all Premium memberships.

In short:
- Family Membership: You can select between Small, Standard, and Plus depending on the size of your family and the need to use Diagnoser on a monthly basis. You sign up for a certain number of examinations where you freely can use Diagnoser between family members. You can always sign up for a free trial.
- Personal Membership: You can select between Small, Standard, and Plus depending on the need to use Diagnoser on a monthly basis. You sign up for a certain number of examinations where you freely can use Diagnoser within the number of examinations you have purchased. You can always sign up for a free trial.

It is simple to upgrade. Just select the membership you would like to have. The old membership is automatically canceled and the new membership with conditions and terms will be activated immediately.
Due to the terms and conditions we can not refund money from any canceled membership.Â
Yes, it is simple to downgrade. Just select the membership you would like to have. The old membership is automatically canceled and the new membership with conditions and terms will be activated immediately.

Due to short time period of our subscriptions we suggest that you just let the system downgrade by itself when you are not using the tool. When you later on want to use the tool again you just sign up for the desired membership which is a piece of a cake. In this way you don´t need to worry about recurrent costs for a tool you are not using.
Payment Gateways
The most trusted and common on the market.
We use the most common global payment gateways there are on the market today. The checkout system where the actual transaction occur is not handle by BraineHealth AB. We will addon more gateways with time.
In short we use the following two payment gateways:
- PayPal: The most trustable payment gateway since the late 90:es
- Stripe: A more recent but very trusted payment gateway.
- Amazon Pay:Â Â Uses the consumer base of Amazon giving users the option to pay with their Amazon accounts on external merchant websites.Â
We do not save any creditcard numbers in our systems.

You will not tap in you credit card number in our system. As soon as you select to pay you are redirected to gateway vendor you have selected. When the payment has been done you are directed back to our page. In this way we are not involved in the transaction between you/your cardholder/your bank and the vendor we use for payment gateways when you purchase a product from us. We will only see that the transaction has been done.

When running Diagnosio you will always be recommended to read more about potential diagnoses in the knowedge centers that Diagnosio provide. Such knowledge centers could be Mercks Consumer database, Mayo Clinic, Medline and more.
Yes, you are right about that. In our first releases of our services, June 2018, we will only release Basic or Premium memberships for Personal use of Diagnoser.
You can start with a free trial to test them and then buy a subscription to use Diagnoser.
We are heavily developing the other services which will be released as soon as they are ready to be launched.
In the mean time, when signing up, you will be the first to know when they are about to be released.
About medical results
The relevance of the list of diagnoses.
When you have submit the form filling query, Diagnoser will provide you with a list of diagnoses in a table. The order of the list should not be taken into account.
Each diagnosis is presented in a table with, the name of the diagnosis, the type of medical condition group it belongs to, how common that specific diagnosis, an alert message and a knowledge link.
Alert flag
For each and every diagnosis you will be prompted with an alert flag. The alert flag prompts for seeking medical advice immediately or not. The absence of an alert flag does not mean that you should not seek medical advice for that specific diagnosis.
Knowledge link
For each and every diagnosis you will have a knowledge link "more info" that will point you to a list of well trusted web sources such as Merck Consumer or Mayo Clinic and others.
Relevance
The list of diagnoses is a respons of your profile data together with the symptoms you provided to Diagnoser. This basically means that your symptoms have a match with specific diagnoses of relevance. For instance, when you provide Diagnoser with only one common symptom, the list will grow larger since many diagnoses has this specific symptom you provided. The true diagnosis that you might have, based on what you have provided to Diagnoser, can be among the top 10 diagnoses or even outside the presented list.
Learning
By using the list of diagnoses together with the knowledge links for each and every presented diagnosis you may learn more about each potential diagnosis. You can then go back and run Diagnoser once again after this learning in order to potenitally exclude or to be more precise when you describe your symptoms for Diagnoser.
Diagnoser is not a substitute for your doctor.
Always remember that Diagnosio is an information system and not a substitute for real medical advice that only your doctor can provide. Please, we urge you to take time to read our Medical Disclaimer.
Yes, of cause you can. We actually advice you to do so. In this way you are well prepared in the meeting with your doctor and hopefully your discussion with your doctor become more deep and fruitful. Make sure to bring the whole list of diagnoses.
If you already have run Diagnoser you are promted in the end of the section to save or print the list.
In fact or even better, you can run Diagnoser together with your doctor on the spot (if he/she is open for that).

My Account General
To use any of Diagnosio services you will have your private account, my account, for Diagnosio Community.
The account is necessary to commmunicate with you even if you have a Free Trial.
- Your account holds data such as name, address, billings, subscriptions and more.
- The account is always personal i.e one account holder for Personal plans or Family plans.
- You can quit your membership whenever you desire and we will erase all you private data from your account.
- For all plans, free or paid, you will have an account.
- Account credentials is sent to your e-mail address when signing up.

Basic login credentials
You can always sign in with you login credentials (e-mail and password) that you got when you signed up for Diagnosio. If you haven´t got them or forgot you password you are always promted for generating a new password. Make sure to wait a couple of minutes and then look into your e-mail box.
Login using Facebook/Twitter or other social media account
We have set up the system to give you the possibility to link your social media account to Diagnosio. We provide this service only for your convenience. There are no other linking of your data at Diagnosio to any social media account what so ever.
It means when your social account is open in you browser you can login to Diagnoser with only one click. Of cause you need an account at Diagnoser to be able to do that.
At the moment you can link Facebook and/or Twitter login to Diagnosio login. You can always unlink these accounts and continue with only with basic login credentials for Diagnosio.
